   Delivery:   Jewelry is custom-made at time of order.   Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your items.

The availability of beads may vary.  Every attempt will be made to fulfill your order as requested.

   Shipping:   Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, for a flat fee of $5.00.  Free shipping on orders over $100.00!


   International Orders:   Currently, orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States and Canada.


   Sales Tax:   We charge  sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Georgia.


  Payment Options:   We accept payment by credit/debit card, personal check, and money order.  Personal checks or money orders must be received by LKS before your order is processed.

Visa ,MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

  Rush Orders:   LKS can offer USPS Express Mail for an additional charge of $10.00 over standard shipping charges.  Please contact me first to check if the item is available for a rush delivery.  Please note that items are custom-made at time of order, so please allow for additional production time. 


  Return Policy:   If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within ten (10) days of receipt. Please 
contact  me first so that I may expect your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered and damage free).

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt. Please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS.  Returns should be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer.  Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped.


  Resizing Policy:   There will be a $10.00 restringing charge (plus shipping) for any item that has to be resized due to inaccurate sizing on behalf of the customer.


  Repair Policy:   If your piece has broken during normal usage within one (1) year,  you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). Please contact  me first before returning your item.  Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse (or improper shipping).

All repairs must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt. Please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS.  All components of the item should be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer to prevent further damage.

  Privacy Policy:   Personal information (name, email, address, etc.) obtained from you is strictly confidential.  It will never be shared, sold, published, or traded.
